These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the My Virtual Trainer website at myvirtualtrainer.co.uk and any products or services purchased through it. By accessing the site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Digital Products

We sell digital products including PDF exercise plans and eBooks. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

• Delivery is instant via a secure download link sent to your email address.
• Digital products are non-transferable and for personal use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or share the content without our written permission.
• Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once the download has been accessed. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

3. The MVT Club Membership

The MVT Club is a recurring subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
• Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Free 30-Day Journey

The free 30-Day Stay Strong & Independent Journey is provided at no cost. By signing up, you consent to receiving daily emails for 30 days. You may unsubscribe at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free programme at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, exercise plans, eBooks and branding — is the intellectual property of My Virtual Trainer and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or its content to:
