Born in the United Kingdom Bolton raised in the Spanish Alps, forged in the British Army Luis started his fitness career in 2011 training soldiers all over the world in all harshest of conditions.

When he left the Army he decided to take his skills and his passion for fitness to the general public where he successfully launched 3 gyms.

Luis has trained well over 10,000 people over the last 10 years with great success.

Why Luis founded My Virtual Trainer:

"People are struggling to find the time and energy getting to the gym, sometimes can’t attend a gym because of work and family commitments, gyms are daunting and lonely places, generally gyms aren’t helping people enough... They only want memberships not results and progress with their clients."
