ARE YOU READY TO JOIN A CLASS?

Please follow the instructions when signing up, you have signed up and downloaded zoom, head back to the book classes page and choose what class you would like to book. 

HOW MANY DEVICES IN A HOUSEHOLD CAN STREAM FROM ONE ACCOUNT?

We want everyone to benefit from better fitness, so a MVT subscription can be used by anyone in your household.  

Up to 2 devices in the same household can access workouts at the same time using the same login information.

However, if you think someone is using your login information without your permission, you should immediately change your password in the My Account section so that no one can access your subscription without your permission.

HOW DO I CANCEL MVT?

You can cancel your MVT subscription at any time in your account on the MVT website. 

You will need to login first to be able to access My account. 

Find you subscription and cancel it. 

You can also remove your card details at anytime.

CAN I DO MVT WORKOUTS WHILE PREGNANT?

Exercise can be hugely beneficial during pregnancy, however, we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.

WHEN SHOULD YOU NOT DO MVT?

Safety is our number one priority. It’s advisable to seek medical clearance before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. In particular, if you have any of the following conditions:

•Heart disease

•Diabetes

•Hypertension

•Muscular skeletal disorders that reduces your ability to perform exercise

We do not recommend attempting MVT if you have a history of knee, ankle, wrist, shoulder, joint, or spinal (back or neck) problems or injuries.

You must be 14 years old or over to do MVT workouts or be supervised by a adult at all times.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I’M DOING THE WORKOUTS SAFELY AND CORRECTLY?

MVT are one of the only online fitness company to do everything online so please ensure to listen to technique & guidance from our instructors – you must listen carefully and follow all guidance.

If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately.

You are responsible for exercising within your limits and assume all risk of injury to your person or property.

WHAT EQUIPMENT OR PREPARATION DO I NEED FOR MVT WORKOUT?

Some MVT workouts require a set of 6-10kg dumbbells

But generally, All you need is space to move safely (we recommend at least 6sqm of clear space).

It’s important that you hydrate before and after your workout. You don’t need anything fancy, good old H2o will do the trick. 

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO START DOING MVT WORKOUTS?

Anyone, of any age or fitness level can work out with MVT  and see awesome fitness benefits. If you haven’t worked out with us before,

For your first workout, start with just 20 minutes of one workout and see how you go. If you’re tired, and feel like you’re short of breath then that’s enough. You’ll be able to do more next time.
